THE WISDOM OF THE FAKE LEADER

I’ve observed the genuine, honest pastor/leader and the fake Pastor/leader, and I’ve come to the conclusion that the genuine Pastor can learn so much from the fake pastor to improve on her genuineness

The fake pastor (especially the con artist) uses practical laws and principles which works perfectly well, if applied with consistency. It doesn’t matter whose hands these laws operates from. You will probably say; “what has light have to do with darkness? We are not talking about our common faith in God, but the natural laws of this universe. His motive is bad but the the laws are good and holy. In Luke 16 Jesus talks about money… giving us a parable about a man who exhibited an unfaithful character as a steward.

UNJUST STEWARD – The master commended the unjust steward for his SHREWDNESS. His special and dynamic ability to connect himself with the leanders of his master. He has master brain. The will to act swiftly to avert a situation. He knows he couldn’t work. He was ashamed to dig. So he canceled some of the debts to attain favor with the debtors. He was focused on future. He knows he had sown a seed they will surely pay back in the near future. His skill set was commended, not his mischievous and unfaithful behavior.

So much is required from all genuine pastors and leaders by God. Much is giving, so much is required. The gossip and the bashing will not make Christ attractive. Developing new mindset is the key to packing well your gospel to the masses caught in a web of darkness.

Luke 16:8 8“The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light

SHREWDLY – A shrewd person is savvy, intelligent, wise, and a creative thinker. They know what they have to do at every time. An outside of the box kind of a leader. Sadly, most genuine pastors are limited within a certain space of operation. The skill set to break out of the old mode is lacking. Most genuine pastors are caught in the web of tradition, having no relevance for the culture they live in. All genuine Pastor will surely go to heaven, but if you ignore the universal laws of life, and certain principles of God, your life can be stag in the same place. You can become a liability to the kingdom.

7 THINGS TO LEARN FROM A FAKE PASTOR

1. THE LAW OF SELF PROJECTION – Most fake Pastors are endowed with the skill of projecting self ( some form of aura) into the consciousness of the masses. You’ll easily believe them to something they are not. So they give themselves certain names and accolades.

They are not afraid to build huge billboards, and advertise on radio, telling people what they can offer. The genuine pastor has this mindset; “Promotion comes from the Lord” “Except the Lord build the city” “He will build his church and the gates of hell cannot prevail.” They all sound beautiful and religious. But the truth is humans are always looking for someone/something to believe in. Though he’s genuine no one knows what he can offer. He doesn’t have a certain appeal that connects well with his generation.

The secret is this; people still want to know if you have the answer. So we can agree with Peter; “what I have i give unto you.” There’s absolutely nothing wrong to showcase or parcels what you have, and present it to the world, from the persuasion of Christ. Most believers have no confidence in the genuine Pastor. Though he’s genuine, he doesn’t have what it takes to appeals to the mind and heart of men;  drawing them to the feet of Christ. Remember, genuine pastors can’t hide their light under a bushel, relying only on prayer for the community to be drawn to God is doing. The community has to be reached whatever means possible.

2. THE LAW OF MONEY – Money is a medium of exchange. To hoard and boast about it is foolishness. Most fake pastors love good things. They have material wealth. But they usually start from the bottom. They have this belief: “As much as I invest in my art, I will attract the masses.” He buys professional, sophisticated gadgets that gives his brand a certain aura, to push himself into the consciousness of the masses, via TV, Radio, live streaming online, and quality sound or the product they are selling out. etc.

One of the things most genuine pastors should  learn from fake pastors is to not be afraid of money, investing richly and wisely in what you’ve been called to do. Talk to the other great and honest pastors within your city or community who are doing well. Ask them how they doing it. Men look on the outward. So people wonder why you keep preaching against fake pastors, but there is nothing about your ministry that’s worth giving their attention to.

MONEY ATTRACTS– Money will always attract money. Or good things attract their kind. They (fake leaders) have good sound quality in their sanctuary, they literally help the poor and the needy. Walk into their office, and it is like you’re in the Oval Office. These are all done to impress, and  cover up their mischiefs. As true servant of God, I believe you should not got stag into traditions and the archaic, and just be open minded, and go for quality at all times. Quality doesn’t mean expensive.

Sometimes, due to the transparency of the genuine pastor, in regards to church funds, he’s easily sabotaged by religious leaders. On the other hand the fake pastor always surround themselves with sycophants, or operates with scare tactics, so that no one can stop them; digging into church coffers. ( if you learn this you’ll die sooner or later) Educate your leaders on the importance of your call and their place in your mission. They shouldn’t be opposers of anything good.

3. THE LAW OF BOLDNESS – The fake pastor is not afraid to try new things, by telling his followers God has spoken to him. Even if it backfires they always have answers for their followers. Fake pastors are very daring. They test high waters. Fake pastors make what’s not real to look real.

As a matter of fact they are not afraid of rumors mongery, and scandals. Fear is the limitation of the genuine pastor. He’s always waiting for God’s time. What if I do it and people start to talk? Confidence is something that moves people. An uneducated fake pastor can control a Harvard business graduate in his church, because of his self confidence. Observe any fake pastor, you will see this trait. Scandals upon scandals, and yet they keep coming like a horse.

BE BOLD AND WISE – God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love and sound mind. Imagine if the genuine pastor has the boldness to pray for the sick, and speak the mind of God prophetically, without being obsessed about mistakes and what have you. The limitation of the genuine pastor is her lack of courage. Be bold be courageous; the words of the Lord to Joshua. (Read Joshua 1:1-9)

Dear, fake man of God,

All your works can bring you earthly profit, but your end will not be good. So don’t ignore the gentle warnings of the spirit. I know you feel empty in all the places of your being but you feel ashame to surrender. Let it go. Surrender to Christ… He cares about your soul and your future.

Dear genuine man of God,

You cannot attract what you attack. All prophets and healers are not fake. Though some are, that doesn’t give you the audacity to condemn all. Teach what is right. Be open minded about this world. Use your gifts and talents without fear. Ask God to help you to increase financially, so that you can defend the faith handed to you in all platforms of communication. Don’t be afraid. Don’t limit yourself as you watch the evil man grow tall like a palm tree. Rise. Illuminate the darkness

NEVER TRY TO IMPRESS ANYONE! NOT EVEN GOD.

I say it again; never try to impress anyone, not even God”. God breathes upon us with complete satisfaction. His desire is to see our hearts being impressed upon by His boundless love.
You have probably see it in your own personal life or from the lives of other believers or Christians, who love to impress others with certain actions, so they can be affirmed. We are creatures who dearly love to see others affirm our uniqueness. Through this form of weakness, we always or sometimes try to convince others through all forms of impressions. We love to create the impression that we are the top dog of the company, by applying all manner of office politics, just to please some people or the boss. Do you sometimes feels the weight of being a people’s pleaser? Do you feel the guilt of being an approval addict? Do you sometimes feels you will be lonely if you say it just as it is, to your one and only good friend? Don’t worry my friend; you are not alone in this battle. There are millions of people in our world today, who are suffering from this epidemic. You can be set free, my friend! What I have personally learn through my personal journeys is that; “trying to impress people takes you out of your natural self; automatically, you become fake and bound with negative ties”.

As a Christian and a leader, it is my holy duty to love people irrespective of their behavior and attitude. In the same margin, I also face the temptation which pounce on me to kick my behind out of my natural zone, so to please certain class of people, in order that I might not lose them or anger them, one way or the other. Friend the totality of life is this; “you cannot please people no matter what you do’. You just have to stay with the truth and let the truth have its own free course. This may sound simple and cool, but it takes a courageous man to say “I cannot please all men, regardless..”.

Do we have to impress God? This is where most believers fail. Let this truth sink into your heart..”God does not want you to impress Him with nothing”. The Christian life is not a life of religious efforts and self-righteousness acts to convince God. It is rather the life of Christ flowing through the believer, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Our style and methods of giving, prayer and all manner of Christian rituals performed just to make God feel Good about us, are all clanging cymbals. My friend, allow God to impress your heart with the fullness of His manifold grace and love. As you behold Him, singing over your life with contentment, and eternal approval of your standing with HIM, your life will effortlessly birth forth what pleases Him.

By rebirth, you have become a beloved and dearly accepted child to the king. I end by giving you one of my favorite scriptures in the Bible. I find true satisfaction in my natural self, knowing I don’t have to do too much to impress God, but I do much because He has impressed me with His love, like a father will impress on his child with his love and the child begins to excel and bear much fruit, from the flow of his fathers love. God shouts and breathe over you with love. Which means you matter to Him, just as you are in Him, through grace.

Zephaniah 3:17 (NET Bible) 17 The Lord your God is in your midst; he is a warrior who can deliver. He takes great delight in you; he renews you by his love; he shouts for joy over you.

The kind of life which says, “if I don’t do much for God and meet all the standards of the law, I will not please Him” This kind of believer is ignorant of the fact that before we ever did anything for God, we were a delight through the cross. God takes great delight in you my good friend. If i have to shout this from the roof top or use megaphone to sound this precious truth into your ears, I will do it all day till you say “yes i believe, I am a delight of God”. Remember I did not say, our lives should not please God! Our lives should not please God on the basis of our human efforts to convince Him. I know you probably know this scripture in the book of Romans which says when we were yet sinners… Okay, let the Bible speak for itself so that every doubt settles in your mind. God was not angry with you, being an unbeliever. He did loved you but you couldn’t enjoy His love because the gospel light has not yet shine in your heart. Friend we were blind and ignorant to a love granted to us freely through Christ.

The Bible say; Romans 5:7-8 (TLB) Even if we were good, we really wouldn’t expect anyone to die for us, though, of course, that might be barely possible. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Did you see that. God showed His great love for us by sending Christ Jesus. I don’t think there is anything on this earth or in the world to come that can negate the great love of God towards you. There is nothing you can do to make Him love you less or more. He just love you. That is His nature. God is love and in His perfect love, all fears of life, vamoosed. Let Him impress you with How much He loves you and see you life transformed by His great love. Much love and grace to you. Thanks for reading and sharing the grace gospel to friends and other believers.

GRACE GRAVITY

“Grace Gravity is like a scuba diver who plunges deep into the deep oceans of the Atlantic; observing, savoring and being mesmerized by the beauty of the depths of the ocean bed. He is so in tune with the pull of this whole new world… the captivating evil pleasures of his natural world, can hardly stand in parallel to this extravagant beauty of grace”

HOLY GRAIL

Don’t hail me when I am gone

I am the Holy Grail you can’t see

You will know when am gone

It would have been too late then

Why do we always have to wait till it’s over before we recognize how blessed we were to have certain people in our lives, as God’s precious gift? One of the problems with our culture is that we are so quick to judge and condemn people; which sadly blind us from seeing the good in others. I have read a lot about people who made an indelible mark in their own generation, but were never appreciated, honored or respected by their own people, and died in isolation; later to be hailed as great saints or achievers.

He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. (John 1:11 NIV)
He came to his own people, and even they rejected him. (John 1:11 NLT)

Our Savior is a prime example and epitome of rejection by His own. Those who have learned through the spirit of grace and mercy, to accept people willingly always welcomes angels of hope into their lives, dispelling their darkness. Those who recognized the deity of Christ, and not as Mary’s son or a weakling from Nazarene, were those who benefitted from His glory. There is a special grace of God upon all the faces in the crowd…we should approach life with the crystal liquid presence of love flooding through our souls, without prejudice. Prejudice and stereotype mindset has taking away the spirit of honor and appreciation, even in the body of Christ.

Life every man holds dear; but the dear man holds honor far more precious dear than life. – William Shakespeare

Grace says ; “Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.”  (Phillipian 2:4 NLT) and we should again; Let love of the brethren continue (Hebrews 13:1 NABS). Brotherly love is enshrined in a spirit of appreciation, counsel, encouragement, edification, empowerment, affection, respect, honor and support. At what time does brotherly love stops? Scripture says; let it continue through it all. Isn’t it beautiful because of our heart of love, we can even appreciate or show respect to people of different faith and still disagree on some things?

What do you see when you look at your parents, spouse, friends, coworkers, family, spiritual leaders, community leaders, and all those who impact our lives one way or the other, even from a distance? Do you celebrate their life and their works in your heart, as an appreciation to Photo Credit: Wikipediathe awesomeness of God or you disdain them because you don’t you find it difficult to understand how they function or to believe in what they stand for, in life? I don’t think it’s always possible to show appreciation to people you can’t reach up to. Against this background, we should nurture a heart of honor and appreciation for people even in our conversation with friends. It will literally affect how one behaves towards those who are closely connected to us. Especially parents, friends, spouse, family, employers, children and what have you.

imagesXO9ATTMUThe life of classic painter, Doménikos Theotokópoulos, reveals how many in the body of Christ will either dies unaccomplished due to rejection and ingratitude spirits or struggle through life and later be remembered for what you committed your life doing on earth.

Doménikos Theotokópoulos, better known as El Greco due to his Greek background, was a painter, architect, and sculptor during the Spanish Renaissance who was born in 1541. He also studied the Classics and created his own library of 130 books. He moved to Rome in 1570 and opened a workshop in hopes of allowing his artistic career to flourish and lived within the artistic community. He eventually moved to Venice and began religious subjects, often focusing on elongated features and figures. He did this in hopes of leaving his own mark in history, using a new and original style for himself. El Greco continued to travel and create, but soon lost his place in society after lacking the king’s favor. In 1614 he died after falling ill.Photo Credit: Wikipedia

The death effect

During his time, El Greco’s work was ignored, pushed to the side, and often criticized, simply because it was different. His expressionistic and dramatic style was not what people were used to, and his paintings were not appreciated much at all. In fact, many during his time called his work “ridiculous” and “worthy of scorn.” Even after his death, he was also scorned, as many saw his work as being too confusing and incomprehensible. However, when the 20th century came, his work was, and still is, highly appreciated. He is seen as a painter who was ahead of his time, using modern techniques as well as those from the contemporary realm. In essence, many don’t believe he fits into just one school of art; instead he seemed to create his own. (Source; http://www.toptenz.net/)

It is unwise to fight for or demand appreciation from people, as a Christian. Keep pressing on…at the end of the day, it is the Master’s appreciation that is forever priceless. With that said, if you have not been complimented or shown the love or the appreciation of your life or work, (you even feel rejected) and it seems to bother you or its weighing you down. Take a time off, in the presence of the Lord and let the Holy Spirit escort you to the heart of the Father, to receive fresh boost of love and acceptance from the God who cares. Yes! Your God cares!!
